Cormac Hayes serves as an Associate at GM Properties’ Associate. He is responsible for guiding business owners, property owners, and investors through the complexities of the commercial real estate market while building lasting relationships along the way. He provides clients with up-to-date property and market information to help them make the most informed decisions. Additionally, Cormac specializes in industrial properties throughout North Orange County, contributing to GM Properties’ presence in the region.
Cormac joined GM Properties in June 2025 as an Associate, beginning his brokerage career with a focus on client advisory and market insight.
Prior to joining GM Properties, Cormac worked at AIR CRE as a Research Associate, where he was responsible for researching and inputting property data while communicating with brokers to maintain accurate and current listing inventories.
Cormac began his career in 2019 at AIR CRE in Los Angeles, California. He developed skills in market analysis, data management, and broker communication—skills that now serve him well in the brokerage business. He is a licensed commercial real estate agent and an active member of AIR CRE.
Cormac graduated cum laude from California State University, Fullerton, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He currently resides in Whittier, California, and enjoys spending time with his family, training jiu-jitsu, and playing guitar. |
