| Adam is a Founder and Managing Partner of West Harbor Capital (“WHC”). Founded in 2017, West Harbor is a real estate investment and asset management company focused exclusively on acquiring and repositioning infill industrial properties located throughout Southern California. Headquartered in Redondo Beach, CA, West Harbor’s partners have an established track record based on value-add relationships, disciplined focus and creative execution.
Having been involved in the commercial real estate industry for the past 20-years, prior to founding West Harbor Capital Adam was a Vice President at Black Creek Group (now ARES), a public non-traded REIT. Adam was responsible for overseeing the company’s western region asset management division as well as sourcing acquisition opportunities. During his tenure, Adam leased and managed over 41 million square feet for Black Creek Group’s two industrial funds (Industrial Income Trust and Industrial Property Trust). Previously Adam was an industrial broker in Los Angeles with CBRE and Colliers International.
Adam currently serves on the board of directors for both the SIOR Los Angeles chapter and the AIR CRE. Additionally, in 2020 Adam founded the non-profit, Foundation for Learning Athletics and Growth (F.L.A.G.), which supports underprivileged youth and veterans in the local community. Adam was born and raised in the South Bay where he currently lives with his wife and three children. |
