I have currently been at Lee & Associates since March 2023 working in the marketing & research department. I attended Grand Canyon University from August 2019 – December 2022 earning my BS degree in Finance with Honors Distinction. While attending GCU, I developed strong core competencies in areas including financial management, cost management, variance analysis, risk identification and assessment, financial modeling etc. However, when I enrolled in a real estate investments class, I knew that I wanted to start a career in commercial real estate as it is a unique industry with huge potential to build a career.
Over the past seven months at Lee & Associates, I have developed key skills including market research using various platforms such as AIR, Costar, and our own internal database; Leesource. Additionally, I have learned to navigate these platforms quickly and with ease in order to provide our brokers with various reports including comps and available reports. I recently accepted a position as a runner working with Donald Kazanjian (President of Lee & Associates - Ontario) and I am thrilled to expand my career into brokerage. Don specializes in industrial and land transactions throughout the Inland Empire, with over 35 years of experience in the industry. I believe that with the knowledge and experience I have gained thus far in the industry and with the guidance working with Don, I can excel and ultimately become valuable asset to Team Kazanjian. |
