Eric Quiggle is as an Associate with Delphi Business Properties, where he works with clients on industrial real estate opportunities throughout Los Angeles. Alongside his work in commercial real estate, Eric is also an Ocean Lifeguard with Los Angeles County Fire Department.
Eric graduated early from University of California, Santa Barbara, where he competed in Division I water polo while completing his degree in economics. Outside of work, Eric enjoys surfing, playing guitar, beach volleyball, and staying active. His background in both athletics and public service has shaped his approach to work: stay prepared, communicate clearly, and follow through.
