| Mitch Ashwill began his commercial real estate career as a founding principal of Ashwill Hawkins in 1987. In 1990 Ashwill Hawkins opened an office in Brea, California with approximately thirty-three agents in order to expand the geographical market encompassing the Eastern San Gabriel Valley, The Inland Empire, and North and Central Orange County. In 1994, as the company continued to grow and to better serve clients, the company name changed to Ashwill Associates Commercial Real Estate and two offices were opened: one in the City of Industry and one in the City of Orange.
Mitch graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration and Urban and Regional Planning. The Los Angeles Economic Development Corporation (LAEDC) has recognized Mitch with their “Broker of The Year” award on multiple occasions.
Throughout his career, Mitch has continued to focus his efforts in the San Gabriel Valley specializing in representing developers in their acquisition of land for development of industrial buildings, representing property owners in the sale and lease of existing product, and representing tenants in their acquisition and leasing of properties.
Mitch brings personal commitment, in-depth market knowledge and broad analytical skills to every assignment. He has more than twenty years of real estate experience specializing in project marketing, major property dispositions, consulting services, lease and build-to-suite negotiations and strategic real estate planning.
Mitch has represented clients and developers in the acquisition/development and disposition of the more than 475 industrial buildings totaling approximately 7,600,000 square feet, and more than 200 acres of land. |
