In 2022, Rigsby Duncan joined CBRE - Ontario to specialize in Industrial Real Estate throughout the Inland Empire, CA, and nationally. Rigsby’s primary focuses are on tenant, landlord, and principal representation. He knows what the tenants, landlords and principals are thinking, which ensures he’s an expert within the market.
Prior to CBRE, Rigsby worked for Insight Global in Staffing Recruitment Services. Due to his business development experience, he knows how to identify what his clients are missing and help them grow their businesses in and outside of their real estate portfolios. He has a knack for being not a broker but an advisor to his clients and is commonly known amongst his peers as a voice of reason.
