Matthew Palumbo brings a dynamic and diverse background to Lee & Associates, blending a range of commercial real estate expertise with a passion for excellence. Originally hailing from New Jersey, Matthew started his real estate journey in 2018, specializing in leasing in Uptown Manhattan. With an active real estate license in New York, his ambition and drive led him to Los Angeles in 2020, where he continued to expand his expertise.
In 2022, Matthew made the strategic shift to industrial commercial real estate by joining EXP Commercial. He quickly made a name for himself, notably serving as the lead broker on a record-breaking $13.4 million aviation deal at Hawthorne Airport—the largest transaction in the city in two years. His dedication and sharp business acumen have allowed him to secure listings across Los Angeles, Dallas, and Atlanta, and
currently owns a port adjacent truck yard in the City of Wilmington in the South Bay.
Beyond real estate, Matthew is an avid traveler and outdoor enthusiast. A lover of the arts, he spent four years studying acting at one of New York's top conservatories, which fueled a fruitful acting career. Whether diving into the works of Og Mandino or Ernest Hemingway, Matthew's diverse interests and multifaceted skills enrich his approach to real estate.
Matthew is also deeply committed to community service. He works with alcoholics and addicts who are in recovery, helps feed families and supports children on skid row through the Chilo Foundation and The Union Rescue Mission, and builds houses for underprivileged families in Ensenada with Prosperity Homes. |
