My name is Nicole Barrera. I am just kicking off my career at CBRE on the Lee/Chang industrial team out of the Inland Empire. Prior to pursuing a career in brokerage, I’ve held different titles. I’ve held my position as dispatch/account manager at a trucking and logistics company. I decided it was time for me to grow out of my family’s business and get into a sales job where I knew I’d learn much of the skills needed for a career in industrial commercial real estate. I jumped into a role as a business development rep at South Hills Escrow where I learned a lot about business development and closed 23 escrows in just 6 months and opened 36 escrows within 8 months before taking a leap to start my career in brokerage. |
