Mr. McFadden is an Executive Director in the Long Beach office of Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. McFadden started his commercial real estate career in 1986 with Grubb & Ellis.

Work Experience
Mr. McFadden has represented numerous major corporations and institutions on a local, regional, national and international basis and has completed in excess of 2,000 lease and sale transactions with a transaction value in excess of $1.5 billion. Additionally, during his career, Mr. McFadden has sold over 500 acres of land, represented 10 million square feet of ground up development and has sold over 30 institutional business parks within Orange County and Los Angeles County. During his career he has been named among the top producers in the United States.

In addition to representing his own portfolio of clients, Mr. McFadden has managed the Orange County/Los Angeles South Bay offices of Cushman & Wakefield and the Orange County offices of Newmark Knight Frank. During Mr. McFadden’s tenure as the C&W Managing Principal from 2012 to 2017, he grew the operation from $28M to $52M in gross revenues.

Currently, Mr. McFadden is on a team that has been focused for the past 30 years on representing institutional owners and corporate clients in Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
