Kevin Wittig is a licensed real estate professional with
Dorin Realty Company, specializing in the sale, leasing, and
repositioning of industrial properties across Greater Los Angeles.
Working closely with Senior Broker Mark Whitman, Kevin
contributes to every stage of the transaction process—from
valuation and underwriting to marketing execution and client
advisory.
With nearly a decade of experience spanning market research,
financial analysis, and creative strategy, Kevin helps design and
manage the firm’s go-to-market process for both exclusive listings
and off-market assignments. His work includes preparing Broker
Opinions of Value, developing offering memorandums, overseeing
digital campaigns, and supporting negotiations to ensure a
seamless experience for clients.
Before joining Dorin Realty, Kevin led marketing strategy
for leading brokerage teams across California and founded
LA Real Estate Marketing, a boutique firm serving investors
and developers throughout Los Angeles. His current focus is
expanding Dorin Realty’s presence in South LA and the San
Fernando Valley while advancing the firm’s next generation of
digital tools and client engagement strategies.
