Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Alex Conie graduated from the University of Arizona in 2024 with a degree in Urban and Regional Development. Shortly after, he moved to Southern California to pursue a career in industrial real estate brokerage and development.
Alex specializes in representing industrial owners, tenants, and developers across the Inland Empire, leveraging his background in urban planning and market analysis to help clients identify high-performing industrial assets and strategically position their properties for success.
Outside of real estate, Alex enjoys fly fishing, watching and playing football, and spending time outdoors. |
