Jake was born and raised in the Los Angeles area. He currently resides in the South Bay, where he has lived all his life. He graduated from California State University, Northridge in 2023 with a B.S. in Communication Theory and attended the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Before accepting a position at Lee & Associates with Team LA Commercial as a tenant representation specialist, Jake worked as a sales representative for AT&T, where he was a leader in customer satisfaction. He has also held positions as an intern in commercial real estate as well as a retail sales manager. The business is in his blood, as Jake is now the third generation of his family with a career in industrial real estate.
With his life's worth of time and experiences here in Greater Los Angeles, he knows the area like the back of his hand. He currently focuses on large, high clearance distribution centers in Central Los Angeles as well as the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire, with an emphasis on newer constructions. Jake is fully committed to his client's success and maximizing value. He does not settle until the absolute best terms and fit possible are achieved, no matter what may be required. |
