John Stephens works at CBRE focusing on industrial leasing and sales across Central Los Angeles. John's teammates include Jeff Stephens, Jack Mergenthaler, and Evan Crawford. The team represents institutional and private landlords, as well as national and regional tenants.
Prior to joining CBRE, John spent more than two years at Newmark as the Financial Analyst on the Western Region Industrial Capital Markets team. In this role, John prepared valuations, memorandums, and other associated financial documents used by the greater investment sales team.
John grew up in Pasadena, California, attended St. Francis High School in La Canada, and graduated from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. |
