Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Jennifer established a
distinguished career in roles ranging from forensic investigations to quality control
management. As an Information Coordinator at the Santa Monica Rent Control
Board, she gained a reputation for clear communication and expertise in translating
complex legal and regulatory concepts into actionable insights. Jennifer’s role as a
Forensic Specialist with the Santa Monica Police Department showcased her
exceptional analytical skills, managing intricate crime scenes and contributing to the
successful resolution of critical cases.
Her experience in quality management includes developing and implementing
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that enhanced operational efficiency and
regulatory compliance for a pharmaceutical company. Jennifer’s ability to manage
complex projects, build strong client relationships, and collaborate across teams
has been a cornerstone of her career success.
Jennifer holds a BA in Chemistry and a BS in Nutritional Science from Pepperdine
University, where she also contributed to impactful public health research. She has
two published works—one on the implications of boba milk tea on obesity risk in
Asian Pacific Islanders and the other on antibacterial activity of Chumash medicinal
plants. Additionally, Jennifer is a certified Crime Scene Investigator, further
