Focusing on commercial investment assets including industrial/facilities and multifamily on the Central Coast, I leverage CRE Tech platforms adopting and implementing Tech Stacks for optimal client success and efficiency.
Launching at Radius Commercial Real Estate in Santa Barbara on the multi-family team, I worked on multiple transactions totaling over $35mm in revenues in 2020. I helped manage all agent aspects of multi-family sales, escrows, 1031 Exchanges, listing/purchase agreements, marketing/advertising, managing tech platforms, reviewing financials, conducting market analysis for the production of BOVs, developed presentations, performed due diligence items, inspections and scouting.
Additional real estate experience includes net lease, office, retail and hospitality as well as knowledge of land/agricultural/industrial properties in Santa Barbara County working alongside land use/planning.
As an avid CRE Tech connoisseur, I dive deep into the latest news and real estate software/analytics platforms available in the industry including location data sources/geo market research.
Previous commercial property experience includes working for nationally accredited design firm Ryan Young Interiors, selling services within the multifamily sector. Teaming with architects, designers, developers and builders, realizing the critical investment criteria of large-scale acquisition firms and what is required in design/amenities of these sought after multi-million-dollar assets. From entitlements to target marketing, the importance of staying on brand while attracting tenants with the latest in amenities. I continue to provide design consulting services under my DBA, birch+bungalow.
Leveraging my experience in budgeting, design, procurement and installation experience provides additional knowledge to assist real estate clients looking to upgrade assets for high performing rental income through profitable disposition.
Additionally, I have a well-versed background as a West Coast Enterprise sales director in digital marketing and ad tech/analytics, spanning across several start-up and large digital/mobile ad platforms and networks, including Yelp. |
