Hannah specializes in multifamily, retail, and development assets throughout Greater Los Angeles, providing extensive insight to her advisory team. Her responsibilities include market analysis, property evaluations, underwriting, client engagement, and providing strategic insights, all while supporting the team's commitment to exceptional outcomes for their clients.
Prior to her current role, Hannah gained valuable experience through an internship at CBRE and as an Administrative Assistant at Centaurus Financial. Since the commencement of her internship, she has been involved in the evaluation and support of over $150 million in transactions, spanning multifamily, retail, land, and leasing projects. Hannah also possesses a strong understanding of advanced contract structures including the AIR platform, enabling her to expertly guide clients through negotiations and draft agreements.
