His team represents Sellers, Buyers, Landlords, Tenants and Investors in transactions and consulting assignments. Matthew and his team members Todd Launchbaugh, Trent Howland, Mark White and Justin Leewood, along with Marketing Coordinator, Renee Hooke, have developed a synergistic marketing team that has provided excellent results with a combined total of over 78 years of experience. Matthew and his team consistently handle $20-$25 million per year in real estate transactions and are responsible for approximately 10-15% of the total annual transactions for the Ontario office of Lee & Associates (55 agents). |
