AREA OF EXPERTISE
With 16 years of fortune 20 companies as a petroleum engineer and geologist plus 5 years of real estate development experience, Mr. Lin joined CB Richard Ellis in 1994 as an Investment/Industrial specialist. In a short period of time he established himself as one of the top Asian American commercial real estate professional in North America. He is the founding principal of Greater China Desk which was a CBRE business line. He joined Lee & Associates as a Principal in 2006. In 2009, Mr. Lin was elected as the first Asian-American Board of Director of the American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR). Joe joined Colliers International as a senior vice president in 2012 and came aboard Voit Real Estate Services in 2015. In 2016, he served as the President of AIR.

Joe is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and some Southern Chinese dialects. His multi-language and culture understanding, along with extensive relationships with major users in the market place greatly enhances his relationship with clients. He plays a key role on establishing many US Asia pacific business opportunity for international corporation and local Southern California cities.

BUSINESS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Joe earned a Master of Science degree in Petroleum Geology at Texas A&M University and completed executive training from Thunderbird Graduate School of International Business. He also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Chinese Culture.
